MARCH'S ENTRÉES:
Our Famous Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas - Hearty
chicken enchiladas made with cheese and mild green chilies
and rolled inside flour tortillas. Topped with our own
chili sauce and grated cheeses, garnished with olives
and green chilies.
Our Old Fashioned Meatloaf is old fashioned in
every sense of the word! We use "mom's" very
best recipe: ground beef, with egg, onion soup mix, tomato
sauce, and boldly seasoned bread crumbs. Topped with tomato
sauce and sprinkled with Italian herbs, this family favorite
delivers homestyle goodness in every bite.
Bacon and Blue Cheese Stuffed Chicken is always
a winner. Our premium lean, boneless chicken breasts are
trimmed, pounded thin and rolled around a rich blend of
cream, blue, and cheddar cheeses, flavored with chives
and real bacon bits. Each breast is wrapped in a thick
slice of hickory smoked bacon, and garnished with a sprinkle
of parsley.
We use thick (really thick!) boneless pork loin chops
to make our fabulous Apple Stuffed Pork. We pocket
each chop and stuff it to overflowing with our special
dressing, morsels of fresh juicy apples, coriander and
a touch of sage. Oh-so-flavorful, with a hint of apple
sweetness that goes oh-so-perfectly with pork.
We adore lasagna. We can't resist that savory cheesy
pasta-y meltiness. Our Vegetable Lasagna is a classic.
We sauté artichoke hearts and spinach in garlic
infused olive oil, layer with rich, red lasagna sauce,
lasagna noodles, ricotta, mozzarella Parmesan cheeses.

Light and lively describes our Raspberry Chipotle
Chicken perfectly. We marinate premium boneless fresh
chicken breasts in our Raspberry Chipotle Marinade--just
the right blend of sweet, tart and spicy. Garnished with
juicy raspberries. Luscious!
A triple delight, our Triple Chocolate Brownies
are dark, rich and decadent. We bake in rich chocolate
syrup, Dutch cocoa and gourmet chocolate chunks into our
homemade recipe. They're almost sinfully delicious.
