Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken

Boneless premium chicken breasts are pounded and stuffed with a savory blend of cream cheese, fresh spinach, feta cheese, sweet basil and sun dried tomatoes. We roll them up tight, with a coating of bread crumbs mixed with mild Italian seasoning. Topped with a sprinkle of basil. Delectably elegant for family or company.


Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas Click for image/serving suggestions

We start with pieces of tender, seasoned chicken breast meat amd combine them into a hearty sauce of diced tomatoes, sour cream, and roasted green chilies. We add our own Southwestern cheese blend and roll a generous portion inside individual flour tortillas, topped with our home-blend of chili sauce, and piled with more shredded cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses. Garnished with black olives and mild green chilies, these are our signature enchilada. Festive and fabulous!


Mile High Mexican Pie

We really pile it on! A flour tortilla layered with ground beef taco meat, sour cream, tender cooked corn, zesty salsa, and shredded cheddar cheese. Then we layer it all again and garnish with a sprinkle ofcilantro. Taste the Southwest.


Chicken Pot Pie Casserole (WW 4.5 Points)

Light done right. We start with with Healthy Request soup, mixed vegetables and tender pieces of white chicken breast meat. Topped with a homemade (shhh! low fat!) flaky pie crust for a hearty, old-fashioned pot pie.


Baked Cheesy Chicken Noodles

All the good stuff in every bite! Egg noodles in a hearty cream of chicken base, with morsels of juicy chicken breast, a melt of cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses, and mild green chilies. A stick-to-the-ribs kid friendly casserole.


Mushroom Bacon Sirloin Burgers

We mix premium, lean ground sirloin with freshly diced mushrooms and pepper bacon, then season to perfection with our special blend of herbs and worschester. Every bite is moist, tender and full of flavor. Grill Ready.


Spinach and Feta Quiche  Click for image/serving suggestions

Our creamy dinner quiche is a smooth blend of eggs and half 'n half with spinach and tangy feta cheese. Served in a deep dish shell, seasoned with garlic and parsley. We top with cheddar and Monterey jack cheese. We can also prepare your quiche without the crust -- low in carbs, big on flavor.



Raspberry Chipotle Chicken

We marinate premium boneless fresh chicken breasts in our Raspberry Chipotle Marinade--just the right touch of sweet, tart and spicy. Garnished with juicy raspberries! So light, so delicious.


Oven Fried Sesame Chicken
(WW 4.5 Points)

We dip our boneless skinless chicken breasts into (low sodium) soy sauce, coat with our own sesame/flour mixture, and top them off with toasted sesame seeds and fresh scallions. Crisp and flavorful.


Hawaiian Steak Kabobs

Premium top sirloin steak pieces in a tasty Big Island teriyaki marinade, "kabbobed" with green bell pepper and Hawaiian pineapple. Grill or broil for your summer luau.


Rosemary and Garlic Grilled Pork Loin (WW 5 Points)

We rub this lean and tender premium pork loin with olive oil, plus a savory blend of rosemary, fresh garlic, and seasoning. Ready to bake, grill or broil.


Chicken Tortilla Soup

We simmer morsels of chicken breast meat with diced red ripe tomatoes, tender kernels of fresh corn, black beans and long green chilies in a mild enchilada sauce, with chicken broth, cumin, and chili powder seasonings. At just the right moment, we add fresh tortilla slices and offer it to you as summer favorite.

Thinly sliced apples and a dash of cinnamon under our house-made walnut crumb topping. Bake it up warm and scrumptious.

May menu selections are now available for order, beginning with Tuesday July 1st deliveries. To place your order, call us at 559-582-6412, email your order directly to: placemyorder @preciousthyme.com, or use our online Order Form.

For Tuesday deliveries, your order must be placed by the Sunday before, midnight deadline. For Thursday deliveries, your order must be placed by Tuesday, midnight deadline. After business hours, and on weekends, orders are accepted via voicemail, email, and the online order system. We have our own supplier deadlines that we must meet, in order to obtain our premium meats, produce and ingredients. Thanks!!
