Our signature Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas  

Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas 

We start with pieces of tender, seasoned chicken breast meat and combine them into a hearty sauce of diced tomatoes, sour cream, and roasted green chilies. We add our own Southwestern cheese blend and roll a generous portion inside individual flour tortillas, topped with our home-blend of chili sauce, and piled with more shredded cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses. Garnished with black olives and mild green chilies, this is our signature enchilada. Festive and fabulous!

     
     
    Southwest Stuffed Burgers

We start wtih tender boneless chicken breasts, trim them perfectly, pound 'em thin, and stuff with a savory blend of cream cheese, fresh spinach, feta cheese, sweet basil and sun dried tomatoes. We roll them up tight, coat them with Italian breadcrumbs and top with a sprinkle of basil. Ever-so-tasty, with fabulous presentation for family or guests.

Rosemary Roasted Salmon

Premium salmon fillets baked on a bed of aromatic rosemary and red onions. We top with a drizzle of olive oil and thin-sliced lemons. The lovely blend of seasoning lightly infuses every bite. Another simple, elegant, and absolutely delicious entree.

August menu selections are now available for order, starting with Tuesday, August 3rd deliveries. To place your order, use our online Order Form, call us at 559-582-6412, or email your order directly to: placemyorder@preciousthyme.com.

For Tuesday and Wednesday deliveries, your order must be placed by the Sunday before, midnight deadline. For Thursday deliveries, your order must be placed by Tuesday, midnight deadline. After business hours, and on weekends, orders are accepted via voicemail, email, and the online order system. We have our own supplier deadlines that we must meet, in order to obtain our premium meats, produce and ingredients. Thanks!!
