Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas 

We start with pieces of tender, seasoned chicken breast meat and combine them into a hearty sauce of diced tomatoes, sour cream, and roasted green chilies. We add our own Southwestern cheese blend and roll a generous portion inside individual flour tortillas, topped with our home-blend of chili sauce, and piled with more shredded cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses. Garnished with black olives and mild green chilies, these are our signature enchilada. Festive and fabulous!

Chicken Stuffed Manicotti

We stuff al-dente manicotti pasta shells to overflowing with shredded chicken breast meat and a savory blend of ricotta, Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, seasoned with basil, parsley and garlic. We top them with Marinara pasta sauce and more shredded mozzarella, and garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan.

Love lasagna? So do we. Our vegetable version is a classic! We sauté artichoke hearts and spinach in garlic infused olive oil, layer with rich, red lasagna sauce, lasagna noodles, ricotta, mozzarella Parmesan cheeses. Lotsa lovin' goin' on!

Bacon and Blue Stuffed Chicken
