Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas 

We start with pieces of tender, seasoned chicken breast meat and combine them into a hearty sauce of diced tomatoes, sour cream, and roasted green chilies. We add our own Southwestern cheese blend and roll a generous portion inside individual flour tortillas, topped with our home-blend of chili sauce, and piled with more shredded cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses. Garnished with black olives and mild green chilies, this is our signature enchilada. Festive and fabulous!

We start wtih tender boneless chicken breasts, trim them perfectly, pound 'em thin, and stuff with a savory blend of cream cheese, fresh spinach, feta cheese, sweet basil and sun dried tomatoes. We roll them up tight, coat them with Italian breadcrumbs and top with a sprinkle of basil. Ever-so-tasty, with fabulous presentation for family or guests.

Rosemary Roasted Salmon

Premium salmon fillets baked on a bed of aromatic rosemary and red onions. We top with a drizzle of olive oil and thin-sliced lemons. The lovely blend of seasoning lightly infuses every bite. Another simple, elegant, and absolutely delicious entree.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Our premium boneless chicken breasts, dipped in garlic butter, rolled in thyme and basil, Parmesan cheese and Italian breadcrumbs. Topped with a sprinkle of parsley.

Crock Pot Chili Verde

Tender cuts of lean pork in verde sauce, cooked long and slow to melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Perfectly seasoned with smoky cumin, salt, pepper, and a touch of cayenne pepper. Enjoy as a chili verde burrito, wrapped inside a flour tortilla, or by the delicious spoonful, as a warm and flavorful stew.

Bacon Broccoli Quiche

Our creamy dinner quiche is a smooth blend of eggs and half 'n half with tender broccoli, hickory smoked bacon and aged cheddar cheese. We season with garlic and parsley, and serve in a deep dish pastry crust, topped with even more shredded cheddar.

Sweet Citrus Chicken

Chicken Pot Pie

We fill a deep dish crust with creamy potato and chicken soups, mixed vegetables and tender morsels of white chicken breast meat. Topped with a flaky pie crust for a hearty, old-fashioned pot pie.

Honey Pecan Pork

We start with thick and lean boneless loin chops, rolled in Italian seasonings and bread crumbs, drizzle 'em with honey, and top with crushed pecans. They're garnished with a blend of savoury herbs. Heavenly, just heavenly!

Apple Crisp

Thinly sliced apples and a dash of cinnamon under our house walnut crumb topping. Bake it up fresh, hot and delicious.
